30-minute: If you have specific questions and know what you want to discuss, this option could be the best and is certainly the most cost-effective.

60-minute: Not sure what direction you're looking for or where you need help? Need to brainstorm or bounce ideas off of a business growth consultant? This option is for you!

How Sessions Are Booked:

Available days and times are subject to prior scheduling commitments.

Terms of Booking:

PAYMENT:

By paying for your session upfront, you secure your spot on my calendar.

RESCHEDULING:

Any request to reschedule must be done within 24 hours of our confirmed appointment. Canceling or rescheduling within the 24 hour window forfeits your session payment.

I get it, schedules can be tricky and sometimes rescheduling is needed. However, only one rescheduling opportunity will be offered. If a second reschedule is requested, your session request and payment is forfeited.

DAYS, TIMES, WEEKS:

I have reserved Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during certain timeframes for these calls. Please see the form for current times.

When you submit the form and request a session, I will do my best to respond with a calendar invite within 48 hours for one of the days and times you selected within the next 3 weeks. The calendar invitation will come to the email address you provide and will include all the necessary information you need to join our virtual video/phone call.

When you receive the calendar invitation, you MUST confirm your participation and attendance. Without an "accepted"/confirmed appointment, on my calendar and yours, I will not be in attendance. Please be sure to accept the invitation!

NO SHOWS:

For every accepted/confirmed appointment, I will be there on time and expect you to be on time, too. After 10 minutes, any session that has not been joined is considered a no-show and session time and fee is forfeited. If there are technical issues on your end, please email me immediately so we can troubleshoot together or choose a different method of meeting.
