Out of the woodwork and just like clockwork, all of Propel’s “quiet holiday” clients have re-emerged this week ready to take 2022 by the horns. Everyone seems to be motivated to hit the ground running, which makes me wonder what the year will bring…
As I’ve been catching-up with each of client and team member I’m also taking a lot of calls, finalizing a bunch of proposals, moving projects from holiday pace or paused to ‘let’s finish the race strong’ and it is reminiscent of pre-pandemic, which feels SO GOOD!
When you’re in your lane doing what you’re called to and working for people you love, you can’t beat the endorphin rush! Am I right?
