Dream and Plan Big!

Plan BIg

It takes guts. To cross a bridge, dream big, get on a plane, talk to a stranger, or step out on your own into the world of business. Guts and grit.

While a business plan is not always required, planning ahead will always support you and your goals.

Each year I set aside time in the fourth quarter to review this year and look ahead to next. I love fall, so usually I try to book a night somewhere the colors and weather of this gorgeous season will inspire me.

When do you plan? How do you plan?

Business planning isn’t just about a document or mapping out your annual projections. Although both may serve you, there are many different ways to plan in your business. Sometimes, it’s just about looking back to remind yourself where you’ve been. Other times it’s strategizing the next month of communications.

No matter how you plan, give it the time it deserves and summon the courage to dream big.
