Camping or chillin’ at the bottom of a canyon over the 4th of July holiday is one getaway I look forward to every single year. This year is a little different, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
Sleeping, cooking, and relaxing in the woods NEVER disappoints! Not ever. 🇺🇸🏕🌲🔥🍳 There’s just something about bacon sizzling and the smell of coffee on a crisp, clear-aired morning under the trees and by a river. And don’t get me started on roasting sticks over a raging campfire each night.
While I’ll have to rely on memories and look forward to next year when we can take our little girl on her first annual 4th nature adventure for an overnight sleep and campfire in the woods, this year we will be snuggling, feeding, and changing her from the comfort of home.
